04 Oct The Cleveland Pickle is searching for their next pickle flavor at the Fabulous Food Show
CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland Pickle could have a new pickle flavor hitting the shelves in the near future.
Guests at the 2015 Fabulous Food Show are sampling seven varieties including horseradish, mustard, ginger, sweet-hots and spicy dill.
Cleveland Pickle owner, Josh Kabat is using the feedback from the taste testers to determine which flavor they will manufacture next. The crowd favorite could potentially join their retail line, where they currently carry original and spicy garlic dill.
Kabat uses brined pickles that he lets sit in the mixture for a minimum of two weeks. He shares that mustard is getting a lot of positive reviews and if chosen, it could hit stores within the next month. The products are sold at Heinen’s, Constantinos, select Dave’s and all Cleveland Pickle locations.
